A Spirited Improv Performance is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. It is an enlivening emergent experience of collective creativity, authentic expression, and community belonging. It’s an improvisational playspace for the human spirit with invitations to move beyond fear and self-limitation into experiments of music-making, dancing, singing, acting, costumed silliness, story-telling, and ritual that deeply nourish the heart and soul. It offers a warm, playful, and safe container where laughter, tears, and connection flow freely.

You are invited to release judgment and practice radical acceptance of yourself and each human in the room, creating an encouraging playspace for all. Take personal responsibility for your experience. You choose how to play while giving others space to lead themselves.

#3 Welcome Every Experiment.
We see each experiment as a perfect part of the whole. We don’t critique it. We welcome it...to inspire our next experiment.

#4 Surrender and Receive.
Surrender into the Heart and receive what you are open to receive. Whether delightful or uncomfortable, trust yourself to receive what is valuable.
